    Phase Three includes 15 home sites ranging from 9,256 to 12,959 square feet. Future B Homes celebrates a 28 year tradition of building homes with an emphasis on "Value Today ... Years to Come". Future B Homes has built over 800 homes in the Lane County area including such communities as River Pointe, River Glen and Crescent Meadows. Complete home/home site packages start in the low $500’s.
  • Willow Springs
    Willow Springs is a quaint north Santa Clara neighborhood. Follow Beltline Highway West to the River Road exit, then head north on River Road for about 3 miles. Willow Springs neighborhood will be on the left hand side of the road.

    Willow Springs is a short drive to fresh produce by local farmers and one of Lane County's great golf courses.
